We have had regular (usually weekly) sessions ever since. She makes training fun and is constantly reviewing the exercises she gives us to do to increase our fitness and also to ensure that it stays fun. After my son injured his knee she adapted his regime according to his needs taking into account exercises he was given from his physiotherapist. I have known Jackie for nearly 2yrs. We met when i joined one of her kick boxing classes. I then found out she was a personal trainer and Jackie and i have trained together for about a year. Her programmes are varied and are specially worked out for the individual so you never get bored. She works you to your absolute limit and just when you think you can’t give anymore Jackie’s encouragement proves that you can be pushed beyond what you thought your limit was! She is very up to date with all the latest equipment on the market and has recently started me on the TRX which is very big in the U.S.A. I specialise in introducing exercise and training in a fun and enjoyable way which motivates even the least inspired client! Whether you wish to lose weight, tone those problem areas or to improve overall fitness, a personal trainer ensures you stay motivated with an enjoyable programme so you will want to introduce exercise and fitness into your daily routine.
Kickboxing is a very effective method of cardiovascular training aimed at weight loss and fat reduction. It is a great workout for the whole body, including range of motion and core strengthening. Due to this, I include it within my personal training sessions as it is fun, energising and adds variety into the programme. It also maintains periods of high heart rate (an interval method of training) which is the most effective method of burning fat.

The actual kickboxing classes are non-contact but there is every opportunity to attend separate sparring squad training (details on the website below).
