As I am also qualified as a Black Belt 3rd Dan kickboxing instructor, I introduce some kickboxing moves into your training programme as this breaks up the monotony of free weights and running and adds a great cardiovascular element to your programme. This proves extremely popular with my clients.

I shall give you a programme that will challenge and motivate you. I shall also offer dietary advice as this is paramount to improving your fitness and losing weight – no more yo-yo dieting! Structured diet and fitness education is the way forward…

Training can take place at your home, outdoors, at your business premises or in a local hall. Individual and ‘mates’ exercise available.

Kickboxing is a very effective method of cardiovascular training aimed at weight loss and fat reduction. It is a great workout for the whole body, including range of motion and core strengthening. Due to this, I include it within my personal training sessions as it is fun, energising and adds variety into the programme. It also maintains periods of high heart rate (an interval method of training) which is the most effective method of burning fat.

The actual kickboxing classes are non-contact but there is every opportunity to attend separate sparring squad training (details on the website below).
